The drive

Bush-block drives here slope, curve or share. On the callback we work out whether the truck comes up or stays at the street, and nobody finds out at 7am.

Cul-de-sac frontage keeps carries short; the slope stretches them. We walk the route on arrival and set protection at the pinch points before the first lift.

Who moves in Davidson

Mostly households like Belrose's own: families upgrading in for the block and the quiet, and long-tenure owners finally downsizing out.
